  1. Ability to Edit Supporter Information for Recurring Donations

    Currently, in order to edit the name or address of a supporter on a recurring plan - you must reenter the CC information as well. We consistently have supporters making mistakes in their mailing addresses, and in order to fix it, we must contact the donor and get all of the credit card information again. This seems really silly. The admins should have the ability to update fields such as name and address independently of the credit card fields.   2. Add usernames with Admin to know who is actually making important back-end changes

    A few times now, we have tried to solve a problem by checking whether changes were donor or admin initiated. However, finding out that "Admin" could be any one of our numerous users or even a Classy admin is extremely frustrating and time-consuming.

    There should be some kind of association with each change made by specific users to increase our ability to solve problems and understand donor needs and communications within the organization. Right now all Classy can say is "an admin changed it - it could be any of the hundreds of people who work at Classy or 10…

  3. Free Registrations instead of $0

    Would love to be able to edit the checkout flow more - main things is ability to edit the $0 to say FREE instead. Would also like to edit the registration email order summary. For some donors, the "Order Summary" can be confusing.

  5. Allow ACH and Digital Wallets for Tickets and Registrations

    It’s disappointing that the ACH and Digital Wallet only function on the donation page. We want the best customer experience for our donors on Classy. Asking them to go to a separate donation page for ACH and DW options instead of on the event page isn’t donor friendly, and can be confusing for them.

    I hope in the near future Classy will add all payment options to every template they offer.

  6. Ability to Customize Email Notifications That are Sent to Staff

    It would be helpful if we could choose to include extra information on the email notifications that come through to staff when a donation is made. For example, I'd like to include things like if the donation was made in honor of someone, how they paid, if they requested a gift, or if they answered any of our custom questions.

  7. Postal code verification

    Currently there is no verification on the ZIP/postal code field, so a donor can input whatever text they like in that field and it will be accepted. Requesting that verification be set up to only accept Canadian (A1A 1A1) and US (11111 or 11111-1111) ZIP/postal code formats. This will greatly increase the quality of data we receive from Classy to our CRM.

  8. Adding custom questions can be confusing

    Currently, you need to click Add Custom Question > type in your question text > click the Add Question button > then click save. It's not very intuitive. Because if I just click save right after typing in my question, it won't work and can be frustrating.

  9. Donation forms in Spanish

    My organization works in South America and we engage with potential donors across the US, Europe, and Latin America. The inability to translate Classy donation forms (and certain other non customizable components of campaigns) into Spanish has been a major roadblock to our fundraising efforts across the region where we work.

    I'd like to request incorporating the option for Spanish translation into donation forms at a minimum, and across the Classy platform ideally!

  10. Pause Recurring Donation Plan

    We would like to see a "Pause Recurring Donation" status. For current active recurring donors who need to pause for a certain amount time until they are ready to resume. This way one does not have to cancel and add them again once they are ready. It would make donor retention easier and keep better track of all transactions done for supporters

    It'd be nice to be able to toggle/turn off the Primary Phone custom question. For some reason, it is set to Required by default and is unchangeable.

  12. Ability to send registrations to a different object than donations in SF

    Please create the ability to send event registrations from Classy to Salesforce as a ticket object instead of a donation object. Currently, all event registrations and tickets are categorized in Salesforce as a $0 Donation and it creates messy data. We would like to be able to track these transactions as a ticket object instead. Thanks!

  13. Forgot Password Improvements

    When someone forgets their password, they're sent a very long code they cannot copy & paste. So if they're not tech savvy & their on their phones, this can be difficult to navigate.

    I also have deleted fundraising pages linked to email accounts so they can start their process over of becoming a supporter. Then when they try to create a new account, it tells them that they already have one and to reset their password even though I can't see their information in our system anymore on my end as an administrator. If I'm able to delete a campaign…

  15. Ability to limit promo code in order/ticket checkout

    right now there isn't a way to set a limit on a promo code so that if a supporter puts 2+ tickets in their cart, only one promo code could be used.

    the workaround we are using right now are unique promo codes set to an available quantity of one. This becomes somewhat tedious and difficult to manager when we have so many promo codes in our campaign.

  16. Quickbooks integration with Classy Pay

    it would be great to have a "Classy Pay for Quickbooks" that would automatically send all Classy Pay payments to Quickbooks, with line item detail for each donation, including donor name, amount, date of donation, campaign, and date of Classy Pay payment/deposit.

  17. Restrict/Lock donations for a campaign

    We have a campaign that reached goal and since it is a restricted fund campaign we do not want more donations made to this campaign. What is the best practice for closing the campaign?
    Is there a way to lock the campaign without unpublishing?

  18. Virtual Event integrations - live chat, Zoom and Strava

    They are using Strava and Zoom for different virtual events and would love to see these more fully integrated with Classy. Would also like to see donor scroll / live feed during live event on Classy page

  19. Ability to hide Donate button on ticketed/registration event pages

    When creating an event registration campaign, the ideal user experience is to have one call to action (get tickets/rsvp). A user can then chose to add a donation at checkout. The inability to disable the donate button on the landing pages creates a really poor UX and is confusing to our users. Please please please address this production limitation. A toggle switch would be great!!

  20. Ability to apply donation matches to Facebook Donations

    Currently, the donation match feature only applies to online donations. And since Facebook donations come through as offline donations, the donation match is not applied.

    It would save a lot of time and effort if Facebook donations could be automatically matched.
