Ability to edit and customize all supporter email notifications
Ability to edit and customize all supporter email notifications. Currently, some supporter email notifications cannot be edited by organizations, such as Recurring Donation Canceled, Recurring Donation Ended, Recurring Donation Updated, and Bank Transfer Initiated.
If an email is being sent to an organization's supporters, that organization should have a way to view, edit and customize that email notification.

Notification to supporter when dedication email bounces
It would be helpful to send an email to the supporter when a dedication email they sent bounces back. At this time, the supporter has no way to know that their dedication was not received.

More options for payout schedule for PayPal
If and when possible, would like the option to receive PayPal payouts on a weekly basis instead of daily so it's easier to reconcile. This is for PayPal Commerce on Classy Pay.

Company Donations should add info besides name to Organizational Accounts in Salesforce
Currently, the integration only matches to and creates the Name of an Organizational account when a company credit card is used in Classy. We would like to see things such as the billing address be used to match and or create Organizational Accounts.
As using name only is a huge limitation for Account matching and creation, causing duplicates and inaccurate records.

Add more payment options to ticket purchases
Requesting adding more payment options to purchase tickets (e.g. ACH/bank transfer, digital wallets, PayPal, and Venmo), and not just have this limited to credit card as the only payment option.

Add checkbox to enable/disable fundraising on ticketed events and not apply to all tickets within a campaign.
We have campaigns that offer multiple ticket options and do not wish to have all attendees automatically added as fundraisers. For example, we have a kids' wrestling tournament where we want the kids to fundraise, but the parents can purchase their admission tickets on the same campaign and we don't want the parents to be added as fundraisers. It would make it so easy if we could toggle on fundraising per each ticket/registration when we set them up. Seems like this could be a really easy fix for your team to employ.

Ability to sort and filter in seating
The ability to sort and filter the registrants within the seating function of Classy Live so that you can easily identify people based on fields (ie Sponsor or other custom questions).

Program Designation Transfer Limitations
Currently, when changing a program designation on a gift, you are limited to the designations that exist within the campaign. If we want to assign a different program designation, we need to add it to the campaign, transfer the PD, and then remove the designation from the campaign. It would be very helpful if this limitation were removed and we were able to change the program designation to anything, regardless of whether or not it exists on the associated campaign.

We would like the ability to remove the campaign name from campaign emails in order to have more flexibility with the naming conventions of the primary campaign name without it showing externally.

Alerts - select all does not select ALL attendees in the event
When you click select all to send a message from the Alerts section of Classy Live, you have to scroll through every page and check "select" all, otherwise only the attendees from the first page view will be sent the message.
For example, if you have 500 attendees and have the page view set to 100 and you check the select all box only on the first page view, ONLY the first 100 attendees will receive the alert vs all 500 attendees. In order to have the message sent to to each of the 500 attendees, you need to toggle…

In-Product Ticket Type Changes for Tickets Tied to Commitment
There is an upcoming release that will allow us to change ticket types within product. This release will not allow us to change the ticket type if a commitment is attached. We need to be able to change these ticket/reg types as well.

Refund $0 Registration as an Admin
I am unable to refund a $0 registration within Classy Manager. Each time I want an attendee record removed from the campaign level report, I need to reach out to Care so they can refund on the back end.

Simplify Registration - Add ability to have address duplicated during registration and billing
Registrations and ticket purchases currently require an address to be entered on all tickets/entries and again for the billing screen. A family of 4 registering for an event would have to enter the same address 5 times to complete their sign up.
This is causing event participants not to register, which is impacting our reporting and day of event participation. It has also caused frustration with supporters who are forced to navigate the same fields repeatedly rather than having an option to duplicate their address information.

Edit Modal Confirmation Page
We would like to be able to update any copy or add copy to the onscreen popup confirmation on the Modal Form. Because we don't have the Memorial/Tribute functionality, we would love provide a link an intake form for collecting their M/T information.
