  1. Adding PayPal Payouts to Weekly ClassyPay Payout

    Looking to have PayPal Payouts sync with ClassyPay Payouts. For example, if ClassyPay payouts were scheduled for weekly, PayPal would also come in weekly.

  2. More options for payout schedule for PayPal

    If and when possible, would like the option to receive PayPal payouts on a weekly basis instead of daily so it's easier to reconcile. This is for PayPal Commerce on Classy Pay.

  4. Ability to Edit Supporter Information for Recurring Donations

    Currently, in order to edit the name or address of a supporter on a recurring plan - you must reenter the CC information as well. We consistently have supporters making mistakes in their mailing addresses, and in order to fix it, we must contact the donor and get all of the credit card information again. This seems really silly. The admins should have the ability to update fields such as name and address independently of the credit card fields.   5. Ability to edit text on confirmation page

    We'd like the ability to edit the text on the confirmation page in the receipt box. It currently says an email will be sent soon but we do not send receipts through Classy so there is sometimes a delay. We would like to be able to remove that text and add more specific language to our org.

  6. Add usernames with Admin to know who is actually making important back-end changes

    A few times now, we have tried to solve a problem by checking whether changes were donor or admin initiated. However, finding out that "Admin" could be any one of our numerous users or even a Classy admin is extremely frustrating and time-consuming.

    There should be some kind of association with each change made by specific users to increase our ability to solve problems and understand donor needs and communications within the organization. Right now all Classy can say is "an admin changed it - it could be any of the hundreds of people who work at Classy or 10…

  7. Allow opt-in default for fundraisers in peer-to-peer campaign type

    Currently, someone who signs up to fundraise in a peer-to-peer campaign is automatically opted out of communications and there isn't a way for us to change this setting. While we recognize that this may be appropriate for some campaigns and some organizations, we believe all organizations should have the ability to update this. This should not be a global Classy setting.

    It is an odd user experience because we can set the default to opt-in for donors, but not the fundraisers. Why the difference? Fundraisers are arguably more important and valuable constituents from a communication perspective. Without their engagement, there…

  8. Limit supporter recurring donation frequency update options based on campaign

    We'd like to limit the frequency options for donors when updating their recurring donation from their supporter profile. As of now, all frequency options display. We'd like to limit this to only the frequencies available through the campaign their donation is associated with.

  9. Ability to add merch to checkout process conditional to registration type (RwF and Ticketed)

    Ability to add merch options to checkout that only show up if someone has a valid registration in their cart.

    For example, they add an adult registration to their cart and then when checking out they have the ability to see additional items, like t-shirts, to add to their cart. The intention being that someone does not only add a shirt to their cart thinking that counts as a registration to the event.

  10. Ability to control intake of P2P Fundraiser Registrations to eliminate risk of inappropriate content

    Would be helpful if there were functionality so our staff could control P2P fundraisers to ensure rogue pages aren't published. Perhaps provide P2P registrants a promo code to complete their P2P registration (like an access code) or have each new registrant go into a waiting room for the organization to then approve before their fundraising page is published.

    CASE: Our Create your own fundraiser Peer to Peer campaign has rogue fundraisers signing up. Two instances so far. One fundraiser promised donations raised would support a program we are not associated with ($25,000 was contributed and we had to refund it…

  12. Custom Question responses in reporting cut off after 150 characters

    When running reports in Classy Manager, Custom Question responses are cut off/truncated after 150 characters, even though these fields allow for a response of up to 255 characters. Requesting that reporting / exporting from Classy Manager will show all characters entered for Custom Questions, up to the 255 character limit.

    Would love to be able to edit the checkout flow more - main things is ability to edit the $0 to say FREE instead. Would also like to edit the registration email order summary. For some donors, the "Order Summary" can be confusing.

  14. Name Usage - Billing vs. Supporter vs. Display

    Classy provides supporters the ability to edit their "Display" and "Supporter" Name from their "Billing Name" but does explicitly state the distinction in auto-generated correspondence. We have a number of supporters who reach out upset that they are being addressed by the incorrect name--this is especially harmful and painful to our supporters in the LGBTQ community who might have struggled in order to change their name and be recognized by their name--sample screenshots attached.

    The payout summary report that we receive via email doesn’t have the vendor name on it so at first glance, she is uncertain of what platform she is looking at. Can you please add the processor field to these so we can differentiate if these are Classy Pay or PayPal payouts?

  17. Ability to Edit the Language Seen on Failed ACH Transactions

    Currently the notification that donors receive when their ACH transaction fails cannot be edited within product. We would like to be able to edit it from our end. It includes the phrase 'aw shucks' and a donor flagged it as a bit off-putting and unprofessional. We would greatly appreciate being able to edit this language from our end.

  19. Allow opt-in/out for event registration transaction fees

    Hi there, we'd like to see the ability for the donor to choose whether to cover the transaction fee for event registrations. Currently, we can only choose between the organization paying all fees or the customers paying all fees, so we've chosen to pay them since we are unable to give donors the choice on events the way we can on the donation page. Thanks!
