Clarify tribute page purpose + allow disabling tribute pages
Supporters will create a tribute page rather than a regular fundraising page when they are participating in an event in honor of someone, but don't realize that this will change the features/appearance of their fundraising page and they'd like to be able to change this to a regular fundraising page.
Would also like to have the option to disable tribute pages within campaigns.

Ability to edit and customize all supporter email notifications
Ability to edit and customize all supporter email notifications. Currently, some supporter email notifications cannot be edited by organizations, such as Recurring Donation Canceled, Recurring Donation Ended, Recurring Donation Updated, and Bank Transfer Initiated.
If an email is being sent to an organization's supporters, that organization should have a way to view, edit and customize that email notification.

Fundraiser donations should trigger milestone emails
The current functionality of milestone emails is that if the donation that allows the milestone to be reached is made by the fundraiser themselves the milestone email will not fire.
For example: If my fundraising page has $75 dollars and I make a $25 donation to reach my $100 milestone I won't receive that email.
This is not ideal as the milestone emails are meant to serve as encouragement for fundraisers and some organizations utilize the milestone email to share information about incentives and other aspects of their campaign.

Surface Custom Question ID in Classy Manager reporting
In the sunsetted campaign level reporting (FRS reporting), the custom question's ID was surfaced in the column header. In Classy Manager reporting, the custom question's ID is no longer exposed. This becomes challenging for organizations using the Classy for Salesforce integration when they go to configure Custom Field Mapping. If they have created and deleted the same question more than once, it can be confusing to know which version of the question to use for Custom Field Mapping if they don't know the question ID of the active question collecting responses.

Notification to supporter when dedication email bounces
It would be helpful to send an email to the supporter when a dedication email they sent bounces back. At this time, the supporter has no way to know that their dedication was not received.

Create a setting in Classy Control Panel within Salesforce to update email address on Contact
If an email address is updated on the Supporter profile in Classy, that email address is updated on the Classy Supporter record in Salesforce, but not on the Contact record. Currently, the integration only writes to the Contact email field if the field is blank. Changing that logic to write to the field when an update from Classy happens would improve accuracy between Classy and Salesforce for organizations. Assign Organization to Recurring Donation when made with Company Credit Card in Salesforce
When a donor with a company selects "Is a company credit card" at checkout, I would expect the Organization account matched to/created in Salesforce to be the primary donor/rollup on the Classy Recurring Profile and the NPSP Recurring Donation Object for Account.
This functionality would improve our ability to report company recurring donations in Salesforce

Refund $0 Registration as an Admin
I am unable to refund a $0 registration within Classy Manager. Each time I want an attendee record removed from the campaign level report, I need to reach out to Care so they can refund on the back end.

Company Donations should add info besides name to Organizational Accounts in Salesforce
Currently, the integration only matches to and creates the Name of an Organizational account when a company credit card is used in Classy. We would like to see things such as the billing address be used to match and or create Organizational Accounts.
As using name only is a huge limitation for Account matching and creation, causing duplicates and inaccurate records.

Fundraising milestone emails triggered by the fundraiser's timeline
We'd love automated, triggered custom emails for P2P and RWF campaigns. For example, it would be awesome if 2 weeks after an individual created their P2P page, we could automatically have Classy send a custom email template, kind of like a welcome series. This would be along the same lines as the milestone emails, but would be triggered on the fundraiser's timeframe rather than the campaign timeframe or fundraising totals.

Ability to drag and drop a whole table vs. individuals one by one for sponsor tickets/groups in one order
Would like the ability to drag a whole table (group people who are with a sponsor/in an order) in the seating chart to one table vs. having to pull individual by individual and drag and drop 1:1.

More payment options to Registration with Fundraising campaign types
Requesting adding more payment options to the Registration with Fundraising campaign type (e.g. ACH/bank transfer, digital wallets, PayPal, and Venmo), and not just have this limited to credit card as the only payment option.

Allow fundraisers to choose random team
For peer-to-peer fundraisers, allow people who are joining as a fundraiser to select an option like "pick my team for me" that would randomly assign them to one of the teams. Some people who fundraise for us feel uncomfortable picking their own team because maybe they have friends on both teams, or they just don't like making choices, but they do want to be a part of a team. This option would randomly pick a team for them and assign them to it while they are registering.

More options for payout schedule for PayPal
If and when possible, would like the option to receive PayPal payouts on a weekly basis instead of daily so it's easier to reconcile. This is for PayPal Commerce on Classy Pay.
