We will be responding to the requests on this board to give definitive answers or to get a better understanding of the request. And while we do take our client feedback seriously, we won’t be able to promise all of the requested features will be added to Classy. Parent / child campaign hierarchy
They focus on their annual fund and would like to be able to have multiple campaigns roll up into their annual fund total goal.

Program designations not searchable when adding an offline gift
If you are entering offline gifts on a campaign page, when choosing a program designation, you can only scroll to find the chapter name. Using the search function does not work. The list only shows 100 if the 125 programs so we cannot properly designate all gifts

Currency is not displayed in Overview Tab when Fundraising Pages are created in different currency than USD
In the Overview Tab the currency is always reflected as USD. This is not updated/ reflected when someone creates their fundraising page in a currency other than USD. In this case the client created a campaign specific to Great British Pounds and fundraisers are creating pages in GBP, EID: 207104

Feedback - Duplicating Events is Clunky
When duplicating an event, it makes it so you have to change the dates to an incorrect date, then duplicate, then change the dates to the correct date. It's a very clunky process.

Feedback - Featured Media has to be entered when creating campaigns
When you go to create a campaign, it forces you to enter in featured media or hide featured media to continue to the next step. It seems odd to force this in the initial setup.

International Currency Processing for Events
Our organization solely focuses on Reg with Fund events. We'd love to be able to use the RwF campaign within Classy but because we are UK based and transact in Great British Pounds using ICP, we are not able to utilize this campaign. We'd love for development to build this out so that we can use this tool.

Classy is not really set up for UK organisations
We noticed a couple problems in product that make it seem like Classy is not fully setup for UK organisations. For example:
-In Classy Manager campaign tab, the total raised reflects in pounds, but when you click into the campaign, the overview tab shows the total raised in USD. The problem is that the currencies should be flipped. The GBP total is really a USD total and vice versa. It's very confusing for us. We'd love to have this corrected (ticket submitted with Care) and even better have everything in reporting and our account reflected in GBP.

Feature Request - Recurring Giving Dollar Values and option on Landing Page
Different dollar values on impact blocks and donation for recurring gift. Wishes you could select monthly or one time on landing page and have that map over. Have that affect the dollar values listed.

Activity feed on FR/team page
Jonathan thinks feels it is very important that he (as an admin) and/or the fundraiser have the ability to turn off the activity feed (donor name and amount) on an individual or team fundraising page. When people are creating fundraising pages for their weddings or birthdays, it is not a always a good donor experience to have their name and donation $ published for all to see. Since there is no competition involved in a wedding fundraising page, there is no need to have the activity feed. He would also like the fundraiser to have the ability to turn on/off…

Ability to edit the registration thank you page and registration confirmation email
We'd love to be able to edit this page - as you can edit the donation thank you page. Being able to personalize that page would help us be able to thank registrants in a more personal, focused way; AND would allow us to share valuable event information immediately after they sign up. For the same reasons, the ability to edit the registration confirmation email would be highly valuable.

Ability to add question on the transaction level and not on the attendee.
Want to be able to ask a question regarding the corporate sponser during an event check out and not have the system as the same question for each related attendee associated with the event ticket/registration purchase.

Promo Codes
Would like to be able to set a Promo Code for just 1 ticket instead of for the whole order. When a member registers she wants their ticket to be discounted but if they buy three more they dont want those discounted.

Ability to pull API's into Classy pages
TSA would like to add a thermometer to the side of their donation page but this is not possible without the ability to pull API's into Classy pages.

Adding Impact Blocks to Individual Fundraising Page
Karolina from UCSF expressed the benefit of having impact blocks as an option on individual fundraising pages that the fundraiser could then fill in desired amount. Their fundraisers are driven by certain giving amounts and they would love to see this functionality in product.

Registration receipt
ADL would like the option to include all of the registration info in the email receipt so the supporter can see all of the details they entered, such as answers to custom questions, etc

Allow Registration with Fundraising Events to Hide Start Time
When creating a registration with fundraising campaign, you should make it so that the organization does not have to include a start time. We have two start times and this is very confusing to our participants that we can only choose one to show publicly. We are able to hide it on the event page but for some reason, the date and time are automatically added to the confirmation email. This needs to be fixed or at least allow the option to hide it from the confirmation email as well.

Confusing when registering a team and they still have to create an individual page. No notification they created a team, just an e-mail "someone" joined your team.

Ability to create unique donor recognition name
Ability to show a unique "Donor Recognition Name" publically versus what the donors uses for making the donation (e.g., Donation is from Brian and Diana Taussig, but they want the public name on the fundraiser's page to show as "Brian & Diana")

Collapse or minimize waiver in reg data
On the Admin side, when we're looking at an Attendee Information from Campaign Overview (one at a time), the entire waiver appears within the registration data and makes the entire page view extremely long - is there a way to collapse or minimize this?
