  1. More options for payout schedule for PayPal

    If and when possible, would like the option to receive PayPal payouts on a weekly basis instead of daily so it's easier to reconcile. This is for PayPal Commerce on Classy Pay.

  2. Add usernames with Admin to know who is actually making important back-end changes

    A few times now, we have tried to solve a problem by checking whether changes were donor or admin initiated. However, finding out that "Admin" could be any one of our numerous users or even a Classy admin is extremely frustrating and time-consuming.

    There should be some kind of association with each change made by specific users to increase our ability to solve problems and understand donor needs and communications within the organization. Right now all Classy can say is "an admin changed it - it could be any of the hundreds of people who work at Classy or 10…

  4. Ability to Automatically Accept Chargebacks

    We would like an organization level setting that would allow for organization to be able to automatically accept chargebacks without it going through the usual dispute process and there being an investigation period with Stripe.

    Ability to as an org admin, see an audit log and turn on notifications if so desired, when changes are made to the organizations account.

  8. Remove Classy Pay fee $0 Invoices

    Currently we have $0 invoices posting to our account in Classy Manager frequently. Since we are on Classy Pay, our fees are taken out at the time of donation, so we are not charged for fees retroactively.

    It clogs up our Billing portal and we'd rather not have the $0 invoice history.

  9. Ability to remove admin simultaneously across multiple accounts

    If an admin user has access to multiple accounts and must be removed (change of position, no longer with the organization, etc.), we'd like to be able to remove them from all accounts without having to log into each account separately. Our organization has 40ish Classy accounts, making it time-consuming to log into each account to adjust admins.

  10. program designation export

    We would like to request a way to export all of the program designations in our Classy account for auditing, sorting, and filtering purposes. As a large academic medical center, we will have hundreds of designations built into Classy and need a better way to audit their names, make sure their IDs are correct, etc. The search functionality in Classy is subpar in this area so exporting to a spreadsheet would really make this easier and give us the ability to share with stakeholders which program designations have been uploaded.

  12. Current Classy Rep

    I can't seem to find anywhere on our page where our account rep is listed. It seems to change fairly often, but if I can't find the last email, I can't find our contact.
    I'm hoping to ask some questions about additional features, but instead I've been in a Classy Care chat for 10 minutes just to find out who my rep is. Can this be added to our account profile? Or somewhere else easy to find for future reference?

    It would be very helpful if these Payment Past Due invoice pop-ups were only visible to the billing contact (or specific admins) ,not everyone who logs in Classy.

  14. Transaction fees

    We would like Classy to calculate the exact fee for a donations and allow the donor to pay that exact fee. Classy Pay, ACH, PayPal, AmEx all charge different fees. Classy should be able to calculate the exact fee based on the amount of the donation and the payment service used rather than our chosing a percentage or static amount.

  16. Surface Initial Support Ticket Message

    When submitting a support ticket, the initial message we submit is not surfaced. Because I normally have multiple tickets open with support, it is difficult to remember the full scope of my questions. It would be very useful if the cases included this initial message.

  17. Remove Footer Logo in Supporter Branding

    Currently in Supporter Branding, there is no way to "remove" the footer logo once an image has been uploaded. You can only replace with another image. To have the option to "remove" an image altogether.

  19. View all attendee information on Transaction Profile

    We would like to be able to view all attendee information on the Transaction page. It would be great to have everything in one place instead of having to go to the Attendee list in the campaign. The information is also not easily accessible in the Salesforce record - multiple clicks to get to important registration details.

  20. Add Dept/Site Field to Admin Users

    Add admin field for dept. or site. This is of particular need for multi-site locations where up to 100 users are managed on one account. The Support Team cannot determine where a user is located which helps determine whether the account should remain or be removed.
