  1. In-Product Ticket Type Changes for Tickets Tied to Commitment

    There is an upcoming release that will allow us to change ticket types within product. This release will not allow us to change the ticket type if a commitment is attached. We need to be able to change these ticket/reg types as well.

  2. Adjust "Can no longer afford it" Language on Reason For Cancellation Option

    Within the 'Reason for Cancellation' feature in Classy Manager, we've gotten some feedback that the language for the "Can no longer afford it" option could be softened or shortened to something like "Financial reasons." If this cancellation reason is ever surfaced to the supporter, we believe 'can no longer afford it' is a bit harsh.

  3. Add a Refund Activity Item/ Timestamp to Transaction Profile

    Refunded transactions reflect the date/time that the gift was submitted. It would be very helpful if Classy could also surface a 'refunded at' activity item/timestamp within a transaction profile.

  4. Ability to Disable the 'Delete your fundraising page' for fundraisers

    The ability to prevent fundraisers from deleting their own fundraising pages after they've been established would be incredibly beneficial. Currently fundraising pages with commitments attached cannot be delete by fundraisers and this would be a good feature for for traditional fundraisers as well in order to prevent user error.

  5. reporting related to modal nudge

    It would be great to see reporting related to the nudge feature, this way we can see the success rate and return based on the nudges.

  6. Allow Currency Code on Fundraising Page to Be Updated With Donations Attached

    Fundraisers may accidentally select a different currency code upon page creation or within the details when managing their page. Currently, once a donation is attached to that page, the currency cannot be edited. We have to transfer all donations off of the page, change the currency code, and then move all of the gifts back onto the page. Seems like the ability to adjust the currency code both with and without donations attached is a much more user friendly option.

  7. Bulk offline ticket

    We will need to capture our offline ticket sales for 60+ tickets. Currently the system only allow to manually enter info for each ticket individually, and it is not reasonable to do that in a large amount. We would like to have the feature to be able to do that in bulk by a CSV or Excel file.

  8. Distinguish between the number of recurring donations and one-time donations on the donor profile

    In the spirit of donor cultivation and retention, it is useful to know the number of consecutive recurring donations a donor has made. This number is included in the Activity feed on the home page but not on the donor profile. The total number of transactions is shown but you can't tell how many are recurring without counting them in the transactions list.

  9. Offline Donation - Donor Image

    Offline Donation - Donor Image. Being able to update a donor image when making an offline donation would be great! We have a lot of businesses that give offline, and we would like to have their logo show up next to their gift instead of just the first letter of other business.

  10. ticket type

    I'd like an "other" option when selecting the name of tickets (ticket/registration/entries) where I can write in my own title. This will help with many of our events (such as raffles)

  11. Adjusting Registration Type Creates Duplicate Commitment in Pending Agreement Status

    After an individual's registration type is adjusted on the back end by Classy, a duplicate commitment record appears in the commitment manager. This duplicate record falls into a 'Pending Agreement' status prompting the supporter to re-enter their information and resign the waiver. This process is a bit messy. Would like to see a more streamlined process here.

  14. Cancel a free ticket

    We need the ability for admins to be able to cancel free registrations/tickets ourselves rather than contacting Classy Care every time we want to cancel a free ticket. We host regular free events that are space limited and it's important that we have an accurate count of attendees/registrations.

    Even if the Care team adjusts the status to Not Attending on their end that does not show up for admins. I have to manually edit the attendee's first name field in order to filter them in a report? What?

    Making us contact Classy Care just to cancel a free event ticket…

  15. Require Promo Code for Specific Registration Type

    We would like the option to make a promo code required to purchase a certain ticket. We have our VIP-level tickets that we've almost sold out of. I would love to now make it promo code-only so those that have comps for that ticket level can still log their tickets.

  16. Add refund fields on transaction record

    I'd like to see who issued a refund and when on the transaction record so when you identify that a transaction was refunded you can see all the information in one place.

  19. remove

    I would like the ability to remove people from zero dollar tickets who can't attend. We have volunteers signing up to help with an event coming up (Nov 5), and since we opened the sign up we have had a number of people email that they now cannot make it. But since it's a zero-dollar sign up I can't currently remove them or label them as non-attendees. I would like to be able to remove them myself when they contact me to drop off the list.

  20. Allow Admins to Mark Attendee Records as 'Not Attending'

    Each time I want to mark an attendee record as 'Not Attending' - so I can filter them out of a Classy Manager report, I need to reach out to Care as this is not a setting we can control within Classy Manager. Please allow us to mark these records as 'Not attending' on out end.
