And while we do take our client feedback seriously, we won’t be able to promise all of the requested features will be added to Classy. Add the ability to filter for Parent Transaction IDs for Double the Donation Transaction Records
As an Admin, I would like there to be a filter and a column that I can use on the Transaction History Report to see "Parent Transaction IDs" on the Double the Donation Transaction Records so I can easily see which DTD Transactions were matched with which Transaction.

Surface Custom Question ID in Classy Manager reporting
In the sunsetted campaign level reporting (FRS reporting), the custom question's ID was surfaced in the column header. In Classy Manager reporting, the custom question's ID is no longer exposed. This becomes challenging for organizations using the Classy for Salesforce integration when they go to configure Custom Field Mapping. If they have created and deleted the same question more than once, it can be confusing to know which version of the question to use for Custom Field Mapping if they don't know the question ID of the active question collecting responses.

Fundraising Pages Report Should Pull In Attendee Custom Questions
The Fundraising Pages Report should populate the custom questions that are asked of attendees in the attendee flow. For registration with fundraising campaigns, fundraisers and attendees are one in the same so the attendee custom question answers should be able to be seen in the fundraising page report

Ability to Update Tax Language on Annual Donation Summaries
The ability to update tax language would be a useful addition to annual donation summaries. Often organizations need to add “no goods or services” into tax deductibility language.

Capability to Set Reporting Defaults at Account Level
With the sunset of in-campaign reporting, we'd love the capability to customize our default reporting views for when we toggle into reports like "Transactions", "Attendees", etc. If not this, it would be helpful if Classy Reporting saved the last columns you pulled into your view, even after navigating to different pages.
Currently, we are utilizing the workaround where we save each report and duplicate from there.

"All available columns" Report to include Custom Questions
At this time, if an admin were to select "all available columns" when exporting a report, custom questions are not included- even if they were pre-selected. The custom questions only appear if an admin selects "visible columns". Would like the ability to have these CQ within reporting.

Customize Overview Tiles / Widgets in Reports
We'd love the capability to customize the top "overview" tiles or widgets in our reports, to best capture the totals that are most important to us.
For example, for an Attendee report, we'd prefer to see "Total Raised Online" and "Total Raised Offline" than "Campaigns" or "Ticket Types".

Download Payout directly from Payout Page or make them downloadable attachments in the email
An admin pointed out that it can be a hassle when the emailed link expires and would love to be able to download the report directly or have the report emailed as an attachment that does not expire

Add a field to the supporter record to identify whether or not they were sent the annual summary report through Classy
Add a field to the supporter record to identify whether or not they were sent the annual summary report through Classy (and sync this to Salesforce through the Classy for Salesforce integration). This would greatly reduce admin time for us when identifying who has and hasn't been sent a summary, since we have donors give from so many different avenues.

In the Reports tab have a way to export a csv file with more than 10 columns, but not every single available column

Roll Up Payouts - Pull Payouts from Multiple Connected Accounts in one Place
Would like to be able to pull payouts from multiple accounts without having to open each specific account. Would be nice to have a roll up option.

More Reporting Fields on Attendee and Fundraising Reports
With Registration with Fundraising events, the important fields within Classy are split between Attendee data and Fundraiser data. We are needing to cross reference these often, as there is not a way to see all data in one view.

Add Channel Integrations Descriptor for Charity Dynamics Transactions in Transaction Report
There is currently nothing that populates in the 'channel integrations' columns for Charity Dynamics transactions. We would like this to pull in 'Charity Dynamics' - similar to how Facebook or DTD appear.

Allow one supporter to have multiple email addresses
It would help a lot if one supporter could be linked to two separate email addresses. There are multiple instances where the same individual will use two or more email addresses when donating to or otherwise supporting our organization, and we want to be able to see them as one whole individual, not two separate supporter profiles. Salesforce allows us to do this, so the integration would be more seamless between Classy and Salesforce as well. It would also help with sending out annual donation summaries at the end of the year.

Link Payout ID in bank Statement to Payout ID in Classy Reports
Ability to link the classy payout id provided in our bank statement to the payout id in classy reports. This would be extremely helpful to facilitate the reconciliation process between the donation records provided in classy reports and our bank statements. Currently, there is not a way to connect the two payout ids so we need to find alternative ways to reconcile (ie. by amount). Having a direct connection between the two payout ids (classy vs bank) would be much more accurate and effective way to reconcile.

Add more customizable columns to the payout reports
I am working with an organization that would love to have the ability to add columns like billing phone number, source codes and custom questions to the payout report.
