  1. Improved image cropping and positioning for all image editors

    Allow image cropping and positioning. Being able to crop and position images would be a huge time saver! At the moment I have to use other software and services to do that and they have to fit perfectly to your suggested dimensions in order to work.

  2. Conditional Logic in Custom Questions

    We would love to have more logic in our custom questions. For example, if someone says Yes, they want a shirt - then another question would pop up asking what size!

  3. Hide donate button on ticket/registration events

    We use/adapt Classy for many different purposes besides event registration - we've used it to create program sign up form, sponsorship sign up forms, volunteer sign up forms, just to name a few. We love that we can do this and our only complaint is that you can't disable the donate button at the top of a registration page. We chose Classy because of their strategy to always make the ask, but for these purposes, we really don't want or need to ask our sponsors, program participants and volunteers to also make a donation.   4. Create a library of custom questions that can be added to forms

    I have to create the same custom questions over and over, and this further complicates how the data makes it to salesforce with identical questions showing up as different ID's. Please allow the creation of a library of questions that can be accessed whenever making a form to save us a lot of time

  5. More Customization of Event and Donation Pages

    Ability to change the layout (ex. remove sidebar and extend main page from edge to edge of the banner width, reposition the thermometer, move primary page content closer to the top so it doesn't require scrolling to begin viewing)

  6. Edit Attendee info after the purchase

    In Events, if you have multiple attendees per ticket type, you have to enter in First/Last/Email for each attendee. The organization should be able to make these questions optional and the buyer should have the opportunity to go back and add in their attendees later after the purchase once they know who those attendees are.

    Currently, organizations either have to go in and add offline attendees, add a promo code for their attendees to register themselves for free, or select 1 attendee per ticket type and add non-required custom questions for additional attendees (doesn't create attendee record) - which creates…

  7. Custom Question to Select All OR All that Apply

    I would like the option to setup a custom question that allows a user to select all or all options that apply. We're now using a cumbersome approach (for the appearance of donation form and for the user), by which a user selects "yes" or "no" to five different questions. By consolidating five custom questions into one question with five options, we'd be doing our donors and donation processing staff a really big favor. Thanks for your consideration!

  8. Ability to edit the registration thank you page and registration confirmation email

    We'd love to be able to edit this page - as you can edit the donation thank you page. Being able to personalize that page would help us be able to thank registrants in a more personal, focused way; AND would allow us to share valuable event information immediately after they sign up. For the same reasons, the ability to edit the registration confirmation email would be highly valuable.

  9. Custom Questions on the Purchaser Level

    Be able to add Custom Questions for the purchaser only and not on the attendee level. So if I buy two tickets I'm only asked the question once and not for each ticket purchased.

  11. Ability to disable and edit the FAQs block

    I would love to be able to turn off the FAQs block on the right hand side of the donate and thank you pages. We do not need it and it just blocks our background photo for little reason.

  12. Custom Answers relate to subsequent Opportunities in a recurring donation

    We use a custom question/answer to allow donors to donate to a picklist of different programs.

    If we have a recurring donor who wants his monthly donation to go to a specific program (selected from the Custom Question/Answer) every month, the platform right now does not push that information about the program for recurring donations in months 2, 3, 4 into SF.

  13. More options on eCards

    The eCard options are extremely limiting and confusing for donors. We have lost donations as a result.
    1. Make the eCard preview larger.
    2. Allow more than 4 eCard designs.
    3. Allow for more customization so donors know that by dedicating their donation to someone, they have the option to send an eCard. It's all very small and confusing.

    Option to customize the number of suggested donation amounts on donation pages (and whether or not they include the "other" option). On mobile, the "other" (or 5th box) is hidden. Ability to include that on mobile.

  15. Progress Bar reflect Impact (something other than dollars raised)

    We would love to have the progress bar reflect something other than dollars raised. For example, we would love to have it reflect how many meals have been raised for hungry kids or how many people are being given clean drinking water.

  16. Allow sync to find existing Salesforce Campaigns based on Classy Campaign ID

    Allow users to create the campaign in Salesforce first, make a classy donation/event/etc page, and then link the Classy page by copying the Classy Campaign ID into the appropriate field on the Salesforce campaign. This allows staff to assign values they need to campaigns ahead of time (regions, default allocations, related campaign manager contacts, etc), since static attributes for campaigns/donations can't be passed from classy pages yet.

    This is a great idea! Currently, many organization choose to use the “Parent Campaign” field on a Campaign record created by Classy to parent it to an existing Salesforce Campaign record. In fact, this is a great way to combine hierarchy data from multiple Classy Campaign records together. We’ll update this request as we consider other improvements that can be made to linking with existing Campaign records.

    Our organization has found that it would be extremely helpful to have the Classy site offer image hosting. We love the ability we have to upload beautiful images that strengthen our campaigns effectiveness, however, find that each time we want to use an image we have to upload it from our desktop or other locations which can be quite time consuming and tedious when creating a multitude of campaigns throughout the year.     I think it's important to recognize that not all supporters donate to an organization using their own credit/ debit card. In my experience, there have been instances where someone contributes to an organization using the credit/ debit card information of their family or friends. When organizations sync this data into their database, it can lead to problems.   20. "This Ticket is for Myself"

    On the ticket purchase page, can you add a checkbox that says “this ticket is for myself” (like how the registration page has)
    Otherwise, the buyer has to enter their name/info 3 times potentially (your name, ticket info, purchaser info)

    I want to be able to gather the guest names/emails for the additional tickets purchased, but don't want the buyer to have to enter their info so many time.

    Seems odd this capability would be available on registration type events, but not ticketed events.
