  1. Include 'Total recurring transacted' as part of the Token Migration Process.

    Provide the option to carry over total amounts when migrating recurring donations into Classy. That way the donors' supporter pages are reflective of the giving amount from the prior system and amount that processes in Classy.

  3. Import donor data from previous fundraising platform

    I need to be able to import all my old donor data from my previous 5 years of fundraising into Classy so that records are not split between two platforms. It doesn't make sense that I cannot do this and that all my previously collected donor data is dead in a file now instead of being administrated and nurtured in my new Classy platform!

  5. Place total run times and a viewing count-down timer on all training video progress bars

    With a total video time shown on the progress bar, the viewer can plan their viewing. With a count-down time next to it, the viewer can estimate their ability to finish viewing if and when other things intervene.

  6. Pricing Transparency

    Just looking for basic pricing levels to see 1) what is included with the free platform, 2) what the other levels of classy membership are, and 3) how much they cost in order to determine whether or not this is affordable... seems like something that should be on the front page and transparent for a nonprofit platform.

  7. Training/Lack of Onboarding Feedback

    They are part of the first group of customers who are not getting onboarding support. Go from sales > Self Service onboarding > CDM. Complained heavily that they did not get training and still need training. Hate that support is just if they have questions. They don't even know what to ask, just want training. Hate reading resources. Want to talk to someone- they have CDM support, but we don't do onboarding setup/technical training that they are requesting. Came into CDM Classy 101 training and wanted more specific training to their account re: reporting.

  8. Editing report exports

    The administrator would like to be able to edit the CSV file before it is exported. For instance, changing the top row/header before exporting to CSV. This would eliminate a step of opening the CSV in excel to change before exporting that file to CSV and then importing that to their CRM.

  10. Ability to upload Facebook-friendly preview image to personal fundraising pages

    Currently when setting up an event, we can upload a Facebook preview image, 1200 x 630 pixels when sharing the event URL and it looks great.

    However, for individual fundraising pages there's no such option, thus forcing the profile picture (a square image) into an oddly cropped preview image when shared on Facebook. This looks especially weird when people don't upload a photo at all, thus using our default image (a square logo of ours).

  11. Inform that events are sold-out and Enable Waitlist

    When registrations are sold out for an event, they simply disappear on the platform. Our clients are then unable to see what registrations previously existed, that they are sold out, cost, etc. We have gotten several messages from people thinking our website is just broken, when events are actually just sold out. I think at a minimum, you should still list the registration options but "grey" them out with a note that it is sold out. Ideally, there should be a waitlist option that can be enabled.   14. No RSVP functionality on Classy? Why not?

    Classy currently does not have RSVP functionality built within the platform. As a very basic event necessity, I think the option should definitely be made available for events/campaigns that do not have a cost associated with attending. Know whether or not someone can attend and why is a huge data point that most if not every event manager wants to know. Please consider adding RSVP functionality.

  15. Custom Transactions Report + the Email Opt question all in one report

    Custom report based on the transactions report + the Email Opt all in one report. I was able to go through and add columns to a custom transactions report, but I noticed there is not a column for the question on the donation form that is "It's okay to contact me in the future". This is a crucial question for us. We can make due for now but it would be fantastic to be able to pull all the data in one report! Will make the work for our tiny staff of 2 much more efficient.

  16. Additional options for setting Passport currency

    The current method of setting Passport display currency by detecting a user's browser language settings is leading to some problems for my organization.

    Many of our international donors are bilingual in English and another language, or simply have not altered their browser language settings from what was installed (often times English). This means that donors in Canada, Latin America, and the Philippines have visited various campaign pages, only to have the currency displayed be in USD as opposed to their country's currency.

  19. The ability to check a box that auto populates the address provided as the billing address as well.

    Contact addresses can sometimes be different than billing addresses, and I think events/companies could lose registrants if they have to type in their info twice. I would certainly give up and not complete my registration if I had to do that.

  20. Setting up a monthly recurring gift for a donor.

    It would be great if our Classy admin could set up a recurring gift upon request from a donor. Our services include catering to a donor who is not web-savvy, and it would be handy to do it outside of a phone call with them.
