  1. Events - add guest names after purchase

    Ability to let guests add their guests' names after they buy tickets. For big galas, a lot of people don't know the names for all of the people that will be sitting at their table. This was a big enough pain point that they may not use Classy for their gala this year.

  2. Disabled Designations

    Recently the org reported an issue where the Designations were not editable (ER-3849). The causes ended up being the fact that the designations were disabled in Baxter. Tim Kanter and I felt that if we do not allow designations, it should not show up at all as it is confusing for the org.

  3. Recurring plan payments under one opportunity in Salesforce

    Push subsequent recurring plan donations (not initial donation) into salesforce under the same opportuniyt as the forst gift rather than a new opportunity for each transaction.

  4. Event functionality - ticket count and promo code counts

    When someone refunds a ticket, have the ticket count and promo code availability reflect this so that you do not have to go back in and add another ticket each time.

  7. Email Receipts for Events

    The email receipts for events make it really hard to have tickets for multiple sessions or a multi-day event, as the address / timing information is misaligned from every other piece of communication that URJ has created. The ability to remove this location/timing block from the event registration receipt would be a game changer and would save admins upwards of 2-3 hours per creation in terms of landing page customizations, and having to duplicate a campaign multiple times, and will save a ton of time on reporting or manual receipting

  8. Better Checkout for Events

    The event checkout page does not match the landing page or donation page. It seems very minimal and limited in that we cannot add our own branding to the page. We would love to be able to improve design on this page.

  9. Ability to edit/customize registration flow

    On a ticketed event, you can edit the look and feel design wise but unable to do so in the registration flow. It is important org to meet branding requirements and provide a consistent look and feel the registration process.

  10. Product Request - Logic in RwF

    As an administrator, I want to be able to have some ticket types get fundraising pages and some not so that it can better fit our event needs and we can still use 1 RwF campaign rather than a ticketed event and p2p.

  11. New email addresses aren't updated into Salesforce

    If a preexisisting donor makes a new donation with an updated email address, this updated email address does not update within Salesforce. Huge issue. Can this please be fixed?

    According to Classy support: "With ECM on, there's more matching criteria than just the email for Contact matching, but the email update would still not occur."

  13. Greater functionality to duplicate Classy reports from within Salesforce, or to import Salesforce Data into classy

    I would like to be able to run a report on the "classy recurring donor" object in salesforce, for example, that links it to the contact object, not just the classy contact object, so I could run the type of recurring donation reports that I can run in classy, but with the contact data from SalesForce.

  14. Integrate with Leads object in Salesforce

    Integrate Classy with the Leads object. We track our cultivation and solicitation efforts with non-donors on the Leads object. If a Lead makes a donation through Classy, we want Salesforce to match on the Lead record, trigger conversion, and apply the donation to the resulting Opportunity record.

  15. Recurring donations with dedications

    Recurring donations with dedication info in Classy do not retain the dedication info past the initial donation. This makes reporting on dedication gifts challenging for recurring gifts. I think that the dedication info should come through on each and every recurring donation, not just the first one.

  16. Campaign Templating

    As an org admin, I want to have the ability to modify some of the settings, branding, and copy of my Classy campaigns as a master template. It would save time from having to rebuild and change the settings for all future campaigns moving forward (thinking about a PowerPoint Master Template).

  17. Max # of tickets available per Event

  20. Disable creating contacts from attendees

    With the new Ticketed Event page, we are seeing a bunch of duplicates in Salesforce because each attendee is getting a new contact created. We did not want to make emails required for attendees but may need to now that they are creating new contacts.

    I would like the option of disabling contact creation for these attendees.
