Adjust "Can no longer afford it" Language on Reason For Cancellation Option
Within the 'Reason for Cancellation' feature in Classy Manager, we've gotten some feedback that the language for the "Can no longer afford it" option could be softened or shortened to something like "Financial reasons." If this cancellation reason is ever surfaced to the supporter, we believe 'can no longer afford it' is a bit harsh.

Ability to Disable the 'Delete your fundraising page' for fundraisers
The ability to prevent fundraisers from deleting their own fundraising pages after they've been established would be incredibly beneficial. Currently fundraising pages with commitments attached cannot be delete by fundraisers and this would be a good feature for for traditional fundraisers as well in order to prevent user error.

Bulk offline ticket
We will need to capture our offline ticket sales for 60+ tickets. Currently the system only allow to manually enter info for each ticket individually, and it is not reasonable to do that in a large amount. We would like to have the feature to be able to do that in bulk by a CSV or Excel file.

Adjust Migrated Recurring Plan Start Date
Currently, after migrating recurring plans, the recorded start dates reflect the migration date. This is confusing for donors who have donated before the migration. We would like to be able to adjust these start dates. This is particularly confusing within Recurring email notifications, as the supporter sees that incorrect start date on that correspondence.

Change Offline Donation Date in Activity Feed if Date is Updated within the Transaction
Currently, when adjusting the date of an offline transaction, the date on the front end activity feed remains the same as when it was first submitted. This being said, if we need to change a date, we cannot simply go into the transaction and update, as this change will not be reflected in the activity feed. Instead, we have to delete the offline donation and resubmit with the new date. Seems off!

New access level that allows you to add Admins but not billing
Ability for a user to have Admin access to add more admins to campaigns without having the full "Org Admin" level access (no billing access, but admin access).

When sharing a campaign page's URL to platforms such as Teams, in a text message, Whats App, Facebook, etc., the hero image from the campaign's landing page auto-populates as the preview image. The problem is that if you update the hero image and then re-share the URL, the old image will still appear as the preview image. The only work around is to have Classy Support manually clear the campaign cache on their backend before the actual hero image will display. I would love a way for Classy admins to clear their own campaign's caches to avoid this issue in…

Consolidate/clean up Recurring Giving Plan status
Sometimes it's Failed sometimes it's failed, sometimes it's Ended sometimes it's ended etc. etc. Would be helpful to have the status field be consistent for reporting in Salesforce

Ability to create supporter profiles and recurring plans within Classy Manager
I think it would be a great feature if I could create a supporters account (sending them the password or temp password) and then set up recurring donations for them also. I'm new to Classy but I've already encountered this multiple times rather than refusing them, I just take there information. I'm just pretending to be them on the date they want their recurring to start.

Ability to enter/edit an email after offline donation has been created
Admin would like the ability to enter an email after offline donation has been created OR when an offline donation is entered without an email they would like to be able to go back and enter one.

Do Not Include Pending Double the Donation (DtD) Transactions in Fundraising Totals Until set to 'Successful'
Currently, Double the Donation pending transactions are applied to the fundraising page totals. Since we do not know that these matches will be completed, it seems like a better option to keep these transactions out of fundraising page totals until we have switched them to a successful status. This will allow us to see the true totals of the pages.

Bypass Fundraising Commitment Agreement if Commitment is Canceled/Waived
Admins are currently able to cancel/waive commitments even if the page is in a pending agreement status. In this scenario, when a commitment is canceled, the agreement continues to populate on the fundraising page. We would like to be able to bypass this commitment agreement if the commitment is canceled/waived because we currently need to enter card information and agree to the commitment on behalf of the fundraiser.

Cancel a free ticket
We need the ability for admins to be able to cancel free registrations/tickets ourselves rather than contacting Classy Care every time we want to cancel a free ticket. We host regular free events that are space limited and it's important that we have an accurate count of attendees/registrations.
Even if the Care team adjusts the status to Not Attending on their end that does not show up for admins. I have to manually edit the attendee's first name field in order to filter them in a report? What?
Making us contact Classy Care just to cancel a free event ticket…

Disable "Reason for Cancellation" when canceling Recurring Giving Plans
Recently a new feature was released that asks a Reason for Cancellation when canceling a recurring giving plan, and multiple options are provided. We would like to be able to choose to disable this feature and instead just receive a quick "click to confirm" style popup when canceling a Recurring Plan.
