We will be responding to the requests on this board to give definitive answers or to get a better understanding of the request. And while we do take our client feedback seriously, we won’t be able to promise all of the requested features will be added to Classy. Postponed Dates For Gifts
I need to be able to postpone the date a reoccurring payment processes. Example, I have a donor who on January 2 requested to make monthly reoccurring gifts on the 26 of each month beginning now in January. I have her credit card information and need to be able to enter it verses holing on to it until January 26 and then entering it.

Edit Donation Receipts
JDC has a second account where they collect payment for trips not donations. They wanted to know if PS was capable of creating a custom 'Donation receipt since these payments are not tax deductible. Currently PS is not able to edit emails or change the out of the box email flow or logic which would be great going forward for some of these edge cases. It would be great for PS to be able to make these changes and clients

More flexibility with In Dedication / In Memory of
Ashley from California State Parks would like there to be more flexibility with the in dedication and in memory of section of our product. Fundraiser have access to Emails in Dashboard
UCSF would like fundraisers to have the ability to be able to export their donor data in their Supporter Dashboard when managing their page. This will allow for more autonomy and better management when the fundraiser has a large volume of data. Currently the fundraiser has to copy / paste each name and email individually.

Split donation ability for donors
Ability for donor to make credit card transaction of one lump amount but distribute that donation amongst multiple participants (e.g., $500 donation total - but ability to then select 5 people to receive $100 each - this is so the donor doesn't have to make 5 separate transactions)

Custom Donation Settings
When a donor clicks on "other" for a custom donation amount, there is a glitch. It automatically shows "$0.00" rather than nothing, which is what Donor Box has. It is much more intuitive. Even with Donor Box, the text box is already there.
With Classy:
- Click on Other
- Delete the default amount of "$0.00" (If you start from the beginning, it adds a zero, so $3 becomes $30; if you start from the end it counts it as a decimal of 1 cent, so $3 because less than a penny)
- Type your amount

Donor First and Last Name fields on Transactions Report
I would like the donor name fields to be separated into first and last name on the transactions reports, so that I can import transactions easily into my database.

Downloadable PDF receipts for Admins
Add “downloadable PDF receipt within transaction record” to the list. I think adding a “Download Receipt” button next to the “Resent” and “Refund” buttons would be hugely convenient.

Progress Bar for Events has the option to include Registrations and Donation separately
United Way of Lake County stressed the importance of removing the registration costs from the progress bar as the registration is not tax deductible and truly meant to cover the costs of attending. They have requested the ability to allow what fields are projected in the progress bar and suggested that in the design tab you could toggle on and off what you want represents. The goal would be to only show donations in the progress bar. Adding flexibility through toggling on and off what is represented would allow for them to include / excluded on a campaign by campaign…

Change Fundraising Page Owner Email
Many partners and individuals hope that we (the nonprofit) can set up a P2P team or individual page on their behalf. Being able to then change the email owner of the page after it is created (or have multiple admins for this level in the same way that it is possible for Crowdfunding pages) would be a game changer.

Change language on Donation Form
Two suggestions for the Memorial/Honor giving experience.
1. Some donors are confused by the word "Recipient" to indicate the person or family member who should be notified of a gift being made. Perhaps changing this word to "Person to Notify" or "Family Member to Notify" could be considered.
2. Donors sometimes give in honor or memory of a pet instead of a person. Perhaps a question asking if the honoree is a person or a pet can be considered.Thank you. Alicia Wright, Connecticut Humane Society

Dashboard total of online transactions only
On the homepage dashboards where you can see the total raised, it would be great to be able to toggle to Online transactions only so we can see what was raised directly through the platform.

Automatically have "Contact opt-in checkbox" checked when signing up to be a fundraiser
Similar to how you can have the "Contact opt-in checkbox" checked on a donation page, it would be great to do this when someone signs up to become a fundraiser. Not having this means many of our fundraisers have, by default, opted-out of receiving any email communication from us. This is making it difficult to continue to cultivate them.

Milestone emails fundraising minimums
In addition to percent to goal milestone emails it would be great to also surface an option for milestone emails to trigger based on percent to the fundraising minimum achieved. Similarly, if we?re able to ?Create New? Amount Raised Milestones but have each email we create specifically targeted by ticket name, we can accurately communicate when our participants reach Big Wheeler status which is attained when they reach 200% of the non-discounted fundraising minimum commitment for their ticket name/type.

Cover Donation Percent Plus One-Time Processing Fee
Currently, we can pick a standard percentage, and we chose what we are paying Classy plus paying Stripe. However, there are still $0.30 left. Being able to add a standard $0.30 to that overall percentage would be very helpful. That way, when it reads that all the processing is covered it can be an accurate statement. Raising the percentage even 0.1% can be more than $0.30 for larger donations or less for smaller donations. I hope this feature can be added.

Additional Columns for Salesforce Classy Data Sync Results
Provide the ability to add additional columns to the Results section of the Classy for Salesforce Control Panel > Data Sync page. I'd like to see on this page the Supporter Name, Transaction Type (Registration or Donation), email address, and campaign name.

Show Custom Answers on receipt
Would like for registrations or donation receipts to show the answers to custom questions. This is specific to their tournaments as when a participant registers, they don't always remember the original weight class the register under, so they have to go through Tap Cancer Out to be reminded

Greater Streamlining of "Theme" and Customization Capabilities
-Want account-wide "theme" for branding/logos/etc. versus starting a new campaign type/design//global email theme from scratch per each campaign (they are aware of ability to duplicate existing campaigns). -Want customer to be able to do custom redirect links from Classy's thank you page versus being on our end only as a customer care case request -Greater customization of fonts across all campaign sections without the need to use custom CSS/HTML blocks

Event Ticket Description in Tax Receipt
The client would like for the ticket description to be included in the tax receipt, or some other feature that allows for more detail to be included in the tax deductible receipt. When sponsors make a large gift, their receipt needs to have a breakdown of what they are getting. See screenshot for example.

Feature Request - Dedication Message Language Change
Our donors did not realize that the dedication message was not the public comment. It would be helpful to add language to make it clear which message is public and which one is not.
