Notification sent to campaign Admin when teams are created
VeloSano team wants campaign admins to get a push notification when teams are created. Their team wants to be able to follow up in real time as registrations come in vs having to pull a report which may delay their response.

Ability to customize Team Captain "join my team" template.
Standard across Classy Platform. It's the only email template that isn't customizable. Want team captains to be able to personalize this further.

Report that pulls all transaction data for GT in all time zones.
Need to create a report that pulls all transactions from GT in all time zones. In past years we pulled the previous day and removed all gifts before 12am EST. This has to be done hourly and customizing the data each time is tedious.

Impact Tiles on RwF
We would really like to utilize impact tiles on RwF campaigns to explain the impact amount their fundraising could have, or use them to show prizes. This would be a very simple solution for us.

Enhanced administrator permissions
? Admins ability to change ticket name ? Password resets (us having the ability to do a manual resend of password link AND giving us the ability to change their password for them) ? Download PDF receipts in transaction record instead of emailing ? Updating email associated with fundraising pages

New Registration email
It would be great if the event "Registration Notification" email also included the registration contact details, so I could simply copy and paste these details in our seating spreadsheet, instead of first having to look them up in Classy.

Why can't I click on URLs to get a a fundraiser's page???
Hi there,
I was hoping you could improve our experience using Classy. When I am in the list of fundraisers, and click on on fundraiser and the tab on the right pops up, I don't understand why I can't click on their URL and go directly to their fundraising page. I have to copy and paste the URL into a new window, which is very clunky and is poorly designed. Every other website I use has direct links. Please fix this.1 vote -

This feature is available for P2P campaigns but not for RwF. Tap Cancer Out would like to have this feature for their RwF events as well.

Limit Dedication Field to 250 characters
With unlimited characters on this field, many times the text exceed the limits for processing /printing cards to be sent out. and need to be truncated. This does not allow us to send the message the donor. intended Tributes are a main source of funding and it is one of the more critical items that we need to be addressed.

connection to a fulfillment service
Have the donation platform integrate with a fulfillment agency such as Amazon or Shipbob. If classy could collect some basic information with the donation, then an order could be directed to a fulfillment agency.

See ticket types (names) in transactions report
Right now, in order to see ticket types and all the additional information required in order for Atrium Health to upload data into the CRM, they have to pull two separate reports (transactions report and an attendees report).

Classy/NPSP Issue on Recurring Donations given Custom Label Customization
Case Number 00185162 The issue appears to be due to Classy inserting the initial closed/won gift before the recurring donation record is created, and then updating it to relate-- resulting in the recurring gift creating an open opp for the same date as the already closed opp that was first inserted. Classy for Salesforce Recommended Base Custom Profile/Permission Set
Customer's Salesforce Admin is asking for a recommended Classy permission set. C4SF agents agreed that using a system admin profile is ideal but not sure when/if that will be done soon so asked Engagement Manager to log as a feature request

Report to determine who attended an evetn last year but has not registered for current year
There is no way to pull a report that identifies who attended an event last year but has not yet registered for this year's event. Currently, have to do a V Lookup or index matching and does not work well if data is complicated and has multiple columns
