  1. Tribute Fundraiser Pages' - Participant fundraising center

    When denoting that their fundraiser is "In Honor Of Someone" > after registration use the registrant's name in the Participants Fundraising Center rather than the honoree's name. See the attached. This would be the header of the page and within Overview. It should be the registrant's name.

  2. Add checkbox to enable/disable fundraising on ticketed events and not apply to all tickets within a campaign.

    We have campaigns that offer multiple ticket options and do not wish to have all attendees automatically added as fundraisers. For example, we have a kids' wrestling tournament where we want the kids to fundraise, but the parents can purchase their admission tickets on the same campaign and we don't want the parents to be added as fundraisers. It would make it so easy if we could toggle on fundraising per each ticket/registration when we set them up. Seems like this could be a really easy fix for your team to employ.

  4. Add a donation amount merge tag into an email other than the receipt.

    An organization requested the ability to add a donation amount merge tag into their campaign message email. This would be helpful when creating an engaging thank you email.

  6. Give the option to move Crypto Giving down closer to other payment options

  8. Have an "add to calendar" option from the confirmation email so event registrations are easier

    In the confirmation email that Classy sends when you register for an event, the date/time and address should be "clickable" and able to add to calendar. Right now, you can only add to calendar from the classy live event page.

  9. classy live lifecycle template editor

    It would be great to be able to modify the CTA button text that displays on the "Send Auction Link" lifecycle template. I'm able to edit the body of the email and subject line, but have no option to edit the color or text on the CTA button - it always says "Access event". I'd love to be able to remove that button or replace the text.

    "Access Event" is a bit confusing as the CTA when I'm really directing users to start engaging with the auction, which we're referring to as the "paddle up" event.

  10. Create One Click Recurring Gift Flow for Increasing Monthly Gift Amount

    We'd like to create a simpler appeal for asking an individual with an existing recurring donation to increase their donation amount.

    This appeal could have new suggested dollar amounts (i.e. Upgrade Your $10 Gift to $25 or $35).

    This appeal could also have suggested upsell amounts (i.e. Add $5, $10, or $15 monthly to your recurring gift).

    This flow would be simplified to avoid having to send donors to their recurring gift manager, login, and manually input a new gift amount.

  11. Ability to change configuration of seats and rows with Classy Live table seating management tool

    Ability to update actual table configurations in Classy Live, like x amount of tables per row and the layout of said tables. We'd like to be able to use Classy Live as our one stop shop for table seating for our events instead of having to map out tables/seating charts by hand

  12. Adding Auto-Scroll Functionality to Payment Methods Section

    Currently when donors select the 'credit card' payment method for campaigns that have multiple payment methods available they have to scroll down for the payment method fields to be made available.This could prove confusing for donors who are not aware that they have to scroll down in order to enter their information.

    Auto-scrolling functionality that would result in the webpage automatically scrolling down to the fields once the 'credit card' button was selected would make for a smoother donor experience.

  13. Tribute Fundraiser Pages - Participant Pages

    When denoting that their fundraiser is "In Honor of Someone" > after registration their fundraising page should show who has created the fundraiser. Right now, it only shows "In Honor Of XXXX." Usually these are created in Memory of someone so there should be a way to see who created the page -- at the top. Perhaps "In Honor of XXX" and below it is says "Created by: {Fundraiser's Name}

  14. More design customization for Classy Live onsite dynamic displays

    We'd like to have more design control with the thermometer and total displays for the Classy Live displays. Specifically for the total display, we can't update the text color (it's always white), so we're limited in what background images we can choose otherwise the text isn't readable.

  16. Standard Phone Format for Organization Settings/Supporter Contact Section

    Change the Phone Number field under the organization's Settings>Supporter Contact section to allow for numbers and dashes/periods/parentheses to be entered. This would enable our organization's phone number to be written/viewed in a standard phone number format. Currently, we can only enter numbers into that field.

  17. Adjust "Can no longer afford it" Language on Reason For Cancellation Option

    Within the 'Reason for Cancellation' feature in Classy Manager, we've gotten some feedback that the language for the "Can no longer afford it" option could be softened or shortened to something like "Financial reasons." If this cancellation reason is ever surfaced to the supporter, we believe 'can no longer afford it' is a bit harsh.

  18. ACH Processing time

    We would like to not have to wait 5-7 business days for ACH transactions to process. Also, with this abnormally, frustratingly, extended amount of wait time, we would also like to be able to customize the donation processing email for ACH payments. Folks are waiting long enough for an actual receipt. The donation processing email is barely noticeable.

  19. Add a Refund Activity Item/ Timestamp to Transaction Profile

    Refunded transactions reflect the date/time that the gift was submitted. It would be very helpful if Classy could also surface a 'refunded at' activity item/timestamp within a transaction profile.
